I. Return and Exchange Conditions
30-day worry-free return and exchange: Within 30 days from the date you sign for the product, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return and exchange if the product is in a brand new and unused state (complete accessories, no damage, and does not affect secondary sales) and the packaging is complete (including the original packaging box, label, etc.).
Quality Problem Guarantee: If the product has quality problems (such as damage, functional failure and other non-human factors), it is not subject to the above "brand new and unused" conditions. We will unconditionally handle the return and exchange for you.
II. Return and Exchange Process
Submit an application: Log in to your uuicbb.com account, click "Apply for Return and Exchange" on the "Order Details" page, select the reason for return and exchange, upload photos of the product problem (quality problems must be provided), and submit the application.
Review and processing: We will review your application within 24 hours and inform you of the review results by email or internal message.
Return the product: After the review is passed, please send the product to the designated return address: No. 1-5058, East Chaichangtun Village, Yongledian Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing (United Airlines Building). Please ensure that the packaging is firm to avoid transportation damage.
Refund/Exchange: We will process a refund (return to the original payment account) or arrange a replacement for you within 3-5 working days after receiving the product and confirming that it is correct.
III. Notes
Freight: All products in the store enjoy free return and exchange services, and you do not need to bear the return shipping costs; if you return or exchange products for personal reasons (not quality issues), you must ensure that the products are packed intact when they are sent back. Products damaged due to improper packaging will not be returned or exchanged.
Special products: Customized products and products that are clearly stated in promotional activities as "not supported for return or exchange" are not subject to this policy. Please read the product details carefully before placing an order.
Return time limit: Please send the product within 7 days after the review is passed. If you exceed the deadline, it will be deemed that you have waived the right to return or exchange.
